Rose has been a cherished member of the Great Rivers Animal Hospital team since the fall of 2018. As our Chief Feline Officer (CFO), Rose brings a special kind of leadership—mainly through cuddles, purrs, and the occasional drool after being pet. Her favorite spots include her cozy couch with a warming bed and her water fountain, and she’s always ready to curl up in a lap when the mood strikes.

Rose isn’t shy about her likes and dislikes. While she adores scratching pads and Churu treats, she’s not a fan of being petted unless it’s on her terms. She’s also not the biggest fan of men or certain dogs, but she always knows when it’s time to come strolling over when called.

As our daily therapy kitty, Rose helps us get through those tougher days, and we’re truly grateful for her soothing presence in the clinic.
